Girls’ Night Out
Last night we had a girls’ night out and I think we all had a really good time. We being myself, my two daughters Kecia and Krista, my sister and her future daughter-in-law, two of my cousins and one of my cousins’ daughter. So there was eight of us all together…what a fun and LOUD crowd. We started the night off by meeting at the outlet mall and while we were waiting for everyone to get there, we did a little shopping. The Paper Factory had an excellent buy on some Christmas wrapping paper. Then we headed over to Outback Steakhouse for dinner. Yum!! Dinner was very good and, of course, we had to have a Blooming Onion. We had a good time there just laughing and talking. Of course, we had to take some pictures. Here’s a picture of us at Outback.
That’s me on the right (in red). Then we headed to the mall for some shopping (I think we did more looking) but it was fun. My sister’s future “daughter”, Kim is one girl that makes things fun where ever she goes. Here’s a picture of Kim and Krista in Claire’s until the cashier told us that it was against store policies to take pictures in there and so then we left. It’s Kim on the left and Krista on the right
Here’s another one of Kim and Kecia with their styin’ glasses.
Here’s me. What do you think of the reindeer look???
And here’s my sister “trying” on a dress for a Christmas party.
After the mall, we went to Steak & Shake for desserts. I love their milkshakes but I had a hot fudge sundae…which was very good!! After that, we called it a night (my sister and Kim had a long drive home). My girls and I went by Wal-Mart where James the son-in-law met us. We left there about midnight and so by the time we got home, I was pretty exhausted. But it was a really fun night! We all got to know Kim better and I think she fits in with our family just fine.
