I have been thinking about remodeling our guest bathroom. I have decided on putting ceramic tile on the floor and I have found a great looking vanity at Home Depot. Now I am looking for the perfect sink. I have been searching online and I really like the stone sinks. I just not sure if my husband would want a stone sink, but they look really cool. So now I am trying to find the best price for a stone sink. I just can’t wait to get this job underway. I am excited!!!

I just love surfing the web, and looking at different stuff. I was looking today and I found something different. I found some stainless steel tiles. Now I have heard of porcelain and ceramic tiles but not stainless steel. But what I have looked at, you can used them in some ways that you would use ceramic or porcelain. Such as for backsplashes for the kitchen or bath, fireplace surrounds or accent walls. You use grout with them just like ceramic tiles. And I kept looking and also found copper tiles, too. I think they look really good.

Yes, I’m thinking about another project for the house but this one I could do all by myself. I would like to replace all my cabinet knobs. Replacing the knobs would be a quick, easy and inexpensive way to spruce up the kitchen and bath. But when I did a search for knobs on the internet, there is all different kinds of knobs that I have never heard of or thought of. Like instrument knobs, lever knobs and plastic wing knobs but when I changed my search to kitchen knobs then I found a lot of knobs that I liked. Of course, when I get ready to buy the knobs that I need, I’ll probably go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. But who knows???

There is one thing that my daughter and her husband needs. It’s a pressure washer! They could use it on their house, the vinyl siding on the north side gets this green stuff that a pressure washer could really get rid of. But that’s not all, they could also use it on the back deck of their house. It really needs to be pressure washed and have a water sealer put on it. So if I searched for some pressure washers maybe I could find right for them. They don’t really need a big commercial one just a little one that would make a few small jobs a lot easier.

I’m always ready to do some remodeling to the house. I’m always ready but my pocketbook may not be. So now I’m just looking and I have found this unique but great looking Danze faucet for the kitchen. It’s one of those with the pull-out sprayers and it also comes with a soap dispenser. I really like it. I would also like to replace our countertops in the kitchen too. But first I need to do some painting and then replace the flooring. Just thinking about all of this remodeling makes me tired. But I need to get started soon.

I’ve been looking for new flooring for my bathroom and the kitchen. But I not sure what type of flooring that I would like for these rooms. I’ve been considering vinyl, laminate, ceramic tile and porcelain tile. I’m thinking that ceramic tile or porcelain tile would be the better choice especially for the bathroom since it’s a high moisture area. I work at a flooring store and we used to have some granite that I really liked but now I think I would like a lighter color than that. I have vinyl in the bathroom and kitchen now, so I definitely want to go with something different. But I’m not really sure of the difference between ceramic and porcelain tile. Since I work at a floor store, maybe someone can educate me on the differences and then I can decide.
