Wow, it’s been a while since my last post, but I have been really busy with nursing school. Which is going great, but a little stressful (we are in finals week now). I am looking for ways to get a little more active (okay….a lot more active). I am planning on walking this summer, but I would like to mix it up. And I will be doing some swimming this summer too, but I am thinking I would like to get a bicycle. I don’t have a bike now, so I would have to get me one. I don’t know what kind and then I would need a bike rack. Any suggestions on what kind of bike?? And I have looked at bike racks, does anyone know which is better a yakima or thule bike rack? I have seen both on a website, but definitely has to be something easy to use.
I am in the process of coming up with a new workout regime, but I’m not sure what would work and at the same time be something that I would keep doing. So far, I have started walking, but I need to add some other types of exercises too. I was just searching for something and I ran across these pre workout supplements. I thought “What????” I have never heard of such, so now I am going to read a little more about them. Of course, I know this is something that I would not take.
I just don’t understand. You type in the search engine weight loss and you get these ads about all kinds of diet pills. Instead of diet pills I would like more information about how to safely lose weight without pills. I think next month, I will start working out at the Rush fitness center with my girls and James. That is one step toward a new slimmer me. Yay!!
I love the weight loss websites that inform you how to lose weight fast. I don’t think there is a way to lose weight fast (at least lose it and keep it off). I feel healthier eating, portion control, and exercise is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. And right now I am thinking about joining weightwatchers.com to help boost the weight loss and to help me build a life of healthier living.
I have lost 6 pounds since the first of the year. I know that might not be very much to some people, but I think it’s good. I really haven’t been dieting or exercising, so I am excited about the loss. I have done some diet pill comparisons, but I feel for me this is the way to lose all of these unwanted pounds. And I think the slower time it takes to lose the weight, I will have a better chance of keeping it off. Wish me luck!!
I know I have talked about losing weight before, but I really do need to lose weight. So I am making that my only New Year’s Resolution. I have been looking online for some suggestions, not for weight loss products. I want to make a total lifestyle change. Of course, I did look at a lipofuze review, and products like these really scare me. If I knew someone that has used this product with results, I might consider something like this. But I think it will be best if I just make some eating changes and commit to exercising more.
I was just talking about dieting and exercise. I believe that if I start an exercise program (or just do it on my own), I do better if I have music to listen to. So I think that I would like to get me an iPod and, of course, ipod accessories. But which ipod?? And which ipod accessories would I need?? I guess I can talk to my daughters about that, they both have iPods. But I truly believe that if I listen to music or an audio book (can you even get them for ipods??), it would make an exercise program more tolerable.
I have been taking a vitamin daily for years now. Sometimes I wonder are there really a difference in vitamins?? My doctor recommended for me to start taking a one a day vitamin and she told me that it would be alright to get a generic brand (like the Equate brand from Wal-Mart), but I ask myself are these generic as good as the name brand?? I’m not for sure. But I feel taking them is better than not taking anything.
