Hey, all you RV owners! I have found the neatest club for you. It’s called Good Sam Club and it helps RV owners save money. With membership, you get a ten percent discount at more than 1.700 Good Sam rv parks across the country and Canada. You also get a subscription to Highways magazine. And at their website, you can also find rv parks around the country and route your trip. The best thing is the new member special is less than $2.00 a month. I’m not an RV owner (right now) but if I was I would definitely be joining this club.

I love shoes!! In the summer, I absolutely love wearing flip flops. But if you need some really good shoes for work and you are on your feet all day long, I have found Dansko shoes. They look really good for walking and standing all day and when I become a nurse someday, I’m probably going to have a pair. I’m so ready to get my career started. Anyway, I think I have already found me some shoes. I know, a little ready. Oh, well.

Well, I’m not planning on moving but the last time that my mom did, she had a hard time finding any good and reputable moving trucks. We live in a small town and I guess there’s not a big demand for them. But she found a local company. Anyway, her move was just across town and they did a pretty good job. They did break a mirror but they promptly replaced it. But if I were moving across country, I wouldn’t have a clue. Of course, I would go do some research online to find the best movers at the best price. But I’m not planning a move anytime soon.

I’ve been thinking about continuing my education. So I have been doing some research online. While I’ve been searching, I’ve found St. Joseph University Online Management Certificate Program at www.sjuprofessional.com and it sounds like a really great program. If project management is your thing, you definitely need to check out this website. The curriculum prepares you to apply project management principles, to lead project teams to successful completion of projects and the program also helps with PMP exam preparation so the you can become a Certified Associate Project Manager. The average annual wage for a project manager is $111,020 with a projected growth of this field faster than average. So the potential of finding a job sounds really good and a really good starting salary.
Of course, I’m going to start classes in the fall to work on a degree in nursing. But this program sounds really good if this stuff interests you. I found the website very informative and if you need help it’s available 24/7. So if you are considering continuing your education in the near future…Good Luck!!!

Yes, I know I have blogged before about losing weight but it is so hard to do. I tell myself I really need to try to start eating healthier and exercising more, but that obviously is too hard to do too. I have all the Weight Watchers books and point counters and several years ago I lost some weight with the program. Maybe I should try it again. The other day, some ladies from work and I were looking at the acai berry and colon cleanse supplement pills and on this website there was a woman from our hometown that was saying she lost 47 lbs. in 3 months with them. But do they work?? And then there’s Fenphedra on another website with people there saying that they lost 12 lbs in 3 days. But does that really work?? And the most important question is, ‘Are these products safe?’ I don’t want to take something that will cause me health problems in the future. I’m going to keep researching and until then I’m going to try really hard to eat healthier and get more exercise.

I was just thinking about my Christmas vacation (I was off of work for thirteen days) and had a lot of time on my hands. Which is normal for the time off I have at Christmas time. After Christmas, I really don’t do anything but rest and relax. I stay up as late as I want and I sleep as late as I want. Usually, after Christmas it is just me and Krista because Dewayne and Zach going deer hunting. So I get a lot of reading and television watching done. And you know, during my weekday tv watching, I noticed that just about every other commercial was either about going to college so you can get that dream job you have always wanted or a law firm trying to get you to sue about some recalled diet drug that you may have taken or about asbestos-related mesothelioma that you may have due to exposure. I usually do my tv watching at night and I have to say that I noticed the commercials are really different then.

I have been thinking about getting a free credit report but I am not sure where to go. I’ve been looking online and I want one that gets reports from the three top credit reporting agencies – Equifax, TransUnion, and Experia. I mean, you never know when someone is stealing your identity, so you should get a credit report once a year. Identity thief is the fastest growing crime in America so that’s why I have been thinking about getting a credit report. Plus, I would like to know my credit score and get some ways to improve it. With a lower credit score, you might not only get rejected for credit or a loan, but if you do get approved for a loan you might have to pay a higher interest rate. If your credit score is low, it could cause you to have to pay higher deposits for apartment rentals or for utilities. To improve your credit score, it’s best to have fewer credit cards, pay your bills on time and avoid balance transfers on the credit cards that you have. These are a few ways to improve credit which will help lower the interest rates and that will help save money. And with credit reports, you need to look for any errors and where to report them if you find any errors. I’ve been looking to increase my credit score and now that I have this information and with my credit report, maybe I can. Of course, you need to always keep your credit report in a very safe place. If your credit report were to get in the wrong hands, it could be very bad for your credit future. Because all of your credit history, along with previous addresses, previous names, current and previous employers are all included in your credit report. Well, now I’m going to get back to work. I’ve got a lot to think about.

Have you ever shopped around for auto insurance?? Well, I have a little. I have several family members that were talking about the great rates that they have from their insurance companies (a few different companies) , so I thought I would check them out. So I called around and checked online to a few different companies to get some auto insurance quotes and none of them could touch the rates that I have with my insurance company for the coverage that we have. I’ve been there for about twenty years, so I guess the best thing I could do is stay there. So what is good for some is not the best for others.

To make sure that I am getting the best car insurance rate, I go periodically to one of those comparison websites for car insurance. I mean, you can live any where and get the best rate. If you live in California with a few clicks, you can get the best California car insurance rates. With the way the economy is right now, I need to save money with the best insurance at the best price.
