As always, I am still wanting to lose weight. I know that I need to control my portions and exercise more, but that is easier said than done. So here I am, searching the web for some help, but as usual I am a little scared of the supplements. So, does anyone know anything about apidexin? I have read that you contains eight effective weight loss ingredients, but are they safe to use?? I’m not so sure. So, again does anyone know this product?

A big percentage of people (especially overweight people) have searched for and tried many, many fat burners. But do these fat burners really work??? Most of the fat burners are useless, but that doesn’t stop people from trying the easy way out. But you can click here for reviews and comparisons of fat burners. And there is a list of the top-rated fat burners. But in my opinion (this is from an overweight person), there is no magic pill to weight loss. It will take hard work (such as exercise and diet) and discipline, and it is a slow process. No overnight cures.

Well, I have not broke records for weight loss but I have lost about five pounds since I’ve started college. I work until five and then go straight to college, where my first class starts at 6:10. So I usually have a light supper (such as a Fiber One bar or something like that) and I get a little more exercise than usual. I have to walk from class to class, and my classes are on opposite ends of the campus. So I know I have blogged about wanting to lose weight, exercise and diet pills before, but I feel good about it this time. Maybe I can lose weight without diet pills or surgery. I just try to eat a good breakfast and lunch, and then I have a very light dinner before classes. No in between meal snacking either. This is great. I’ll keep you posted.

I’ve been thinking that when I start college (classes start tomorrow) that I might lose some weight. I will be working all day and then leaving there to go to classes right after. So maybe I will shed a few pounds. But I also thought about looking for a good fat burner but they scare me a little bit. So maybe with classes starting and then I’ll be changing my eating habits at dinner time, maybe that will be enough to lose weight. My biggest downfall is the eating that I do in the evenings. I usually stop by my mother-in-law’s house for dinner (she’s a great cook but just not the healthiest) and then later I have a snack (ice cream is a favorite), so now I will be eating a lighter dinner. I’ll be posting about my weight loss (if any). Wish me luck with my weight loss and my classes.

This may be a good diet pill…..Nuphedra. After looking at a few different articles with nuphedra reviews, this might be one that I would consider. Its main ingredients is a combination of decaffeinated Green Tea and Oolong Tea. Both are known to help promote weight loss by burning fat away. It also includes Synephrine, which is derived for the same Asian fruit family as Ephedra but without the harmful side effects. Synephrine is good at fighting fat, burning calories and increasing energy. I have also read that Nuphedra also produces an euphoric feelings which is like a natural high and that scares me a little. So I’m just not too sure what path I’m going to choose for weight loss right yet.

Yep, I’m still wanting (and needing) to lose weight, but it’s so hard. And as always, I’m considering the options for help with achieving my weight loss goals. There’s surgery like the lap band but I’m too scared for that. And then there’s pills like Alli and ephedrine, but I’m a little scared of them, too. I’ve tried gyms like Curves and they helped the weight loss but then I quit going and the weight soon returned. And the same with Weight Watchers, as long as I attended the meetings I lost weight but when I quit going the weight returned. Don’t get me wrong, both of these programs are great but I find I lose interest before I lose the weight. So if I could find something that I would stay with, then maybe the weight loss would be for good.

I’m still wanting (and needing) to lose weight but finding the right way of achieving results is not easy. I really need to suppress my appetite and exercise more. My biggest problem is that I really like to eat and I something help make me fill full. I’ve looked at some natural appetite suppressants and there’s one that looks pretty good. It’s called Lipovox. With these all natural ingredients: green tea, cayenne peppers, and flaxseeds, it not only suppresses your appetite and helps burn fat but also helps with acne and wrinkles. It’s the second most popular appetite suppressant, so I’m wondering if anyone has ever tried it. If so, did it work for you???

I know I’m always talking about wanting to lose weight. But I just don’t seem to have the willpower to lose by myself, so I’m always looking for a way to lose. I’ve tried Weight Watchers before and it worked as long as I followed the program but as soon as I quit going to meetings, I would slip and gain the weight back. I have some friends that has had the lap band surgery but I’m too scared to do that. And trying pills, like Nuphedra and Alli programs, well I’m afraid of what they could do to my body after years of use. My husband’s aunt takes some kind of shot once a month and has lost 70 pounds so far. But what are the side effects? She says that she hasn’t had any. But I just don’t know. If I just could make myself to start exercising more and eating less maybe then I could see some results. Wish me luck.

Yeah, I’m still wanting to lose weight. I keep telling myself that I’m going to cut back on what I eat and exercise more but I have yet to do that. It doesn’t help that my mother-in-law cooks for us just about every night and I can’t pass it up (she’s a really good cook). And I really do want to start walking every evening with Krista. I know I really need to lose weight and I don’t really want to take any weight loss pills (I’m really scared of them). I just can’t seem to get motivated. I know if I lost some weight that I would feel better and that I could go shopping for some new and smaller clothes. I just feel that I need to get my mind set. Maybe soon…

Yes, I know I have blogged before about losing weight but it is so hard to do. I tell myself I really need to try to start eating healthier and exercising more, but that obviously is too hard to do too. I have all the Weight Watchers books and point counters and several years ago I lost some weight with the program. Maybe I should try it again. The other day, some ladies from work and I were looking at the acai berry and colon cleanse supplement pills and on this website there was a woman from our hometown that was saying she lost 47 lbs. in 3 months with them. But do they work?? And then there’s Fenphedra on another website with people there saying that they lost 12 lbs in 3 days. But does that really work?? And the most important question is, ‘Are these products safe?’ I don’t want to take something that will cause me health problems in the future. I’m going to keep researching and until then I’m going to try really hard to eat healthier and get more exercise.
